The RF Module Design for W-CDMA/GSM/DCS Tri- Band and Dual -Mode Handset

摘要

In this paper, a novel design of RF module for W-CDMA / GSM/DCS tri-band and dual-mode handset is described. The whole module including a direct modulation transmitter and a superheterodyne receiver has been realized perfectly. The controlling unit achieves the switch among the three bands and two modes. The testing results are shown for the W-CDMA and GSM and DCS system finally.
