General watermarking schemes use pseudo-random sequences to modulate information bits of the copyright protection. In this letter, we present a novel method for audio watermarking applications based orthogonal sequences, which is generated from the Walsh-Hadamard matrix to represent authentication information bytes, and embed them in the key-dependent random transform domain. Watermarking keys are strictly related to the random transform guaranteeing the security. The watermarking capacity could be obviously enlarged using this method. Detection results illustrate the watermarking performance and robustness of this method is improved.
