摘要

The CT constructed power distributions in the deflected and undeflected electron beams showed similar results. Therefore, the use of radial slits and circular deflection of the electron beam was validated as a suitable method for determining beam power distributions, and this technique can be used to accurately determine the focal point of high power density electron beams.
