The paper presents a design method of the input and output transformer for wide-band helix TWT inside the helix. The transformer use tow vanes unsymmetry arrayed vane-load helix line to match the general helix line and input and output connector. Because the most of or all of the transformer can be built inside the helix, the input and output device of the TWT is smaller than before. The wide band matching properties of the transformer is same is same or better than the transformer that all of them is made in the coaxial part.
