During testing of working zone of heat-treating furnaces, the detailed operating rules and regulations, such as the shape and size of temperature measurement frame, the locating and typing up of thermocouple, the leading out and connecting of thermocouple, the detailed inspecting step and data processing treatment, etc., may often be changed with different operator. Therefore, for the same heating furnace it may be lead to different results by different operator. In this paper, according to the authors' experience-gained through long period practice some operational testing; methods are offered.
