STUDY ON APPLICATION OF LOW SMOKE FLAME RETARDANT CABLE IN CLOSING ENVIRONMENT

摘要

Two novel kinds of low smoke flame retardant cables were prepared by Shanghai Shenghua Cable Group.The flame retardancy of the two cables was investigated by cone calorimeter test and smoke density rating.Results show that the two cables all have lower heat release rate and smoke density.The transmittance of the two cables was higher than 50％.These results means the two cables have high flame resistance.
