Chinese suppliers will not be genuine competitors until Chinese aircraft OEMs are competitive with western OEMs 4. A significant exception is interiors 4.1 Technology is not seen as strategic 4.2 Chinese companies can acquire in the West 4.3 Chinese products can be fitted on western and Chinese aircraft.
