Abstract: In bio-fluorescence detection, short-exposure is proposed to minimize photo damage and tissue turbulence to some extent in in-vivo measurement, but suffering from image blur and lower signal to noise ratio. Triple correlation was proposed to improve image quality. In our experiment, a set of short- exposure images (photo-limited data) were recorded by a CCD camera, instead of long-exposure image. Algorithms based on triple correlation for the recovery of the object from the photon-limited data was discussed. It was proved to be effective by our experiment.!12
