P-42: Optimization of Mixed-Mode LC Cells for Reflective Displays

摘要

The Jones matrix method was used for optimizing the mixed-mode twist and super-twist nematic liquid crystal cell parameters for reflective direct-view displays. Twist angles ranging from 0 to 360 degrees were simulated. Brightness, contrast ratio, response time, color chromaticity and duty ratio are the key parameters considered for optimization.
