Clinical application research of skin vascular lesions by overtone Nd:YAG 532-nm laser

Abstract: 138 cases of skin vascular lesions were treated byvariable pulse width green 532 nm. In the course of thetherapy, the skin vascular lesions were divided into 3kinds, spot vascular lesion, string vascular lesion,and even vascular lesion, then some speciallydesignated laser therapeutic parameters were selectedfor each kind of lesion. In addition, the question ofthe cooling therapy was discussed also, and consideredthat it is very important that preventing over damagedto local tissue and avoiding skin pigmentation. !1
