摘要

At present, chirp technology of light pulse often be used in the light wave transmission to cmpensate the pulse distortion due to the fiber dispersion, especially the chirped Bragg fiber Grating as a potential dispersion compensator is attractive now. In this paper based on the Time-space anaogy theory proposed by us, we shall discuss the effect of the chirp on the light pulse propagation in detail. This discussion will be helpful for the design of the chirped Bragg fiber gratings.
