摘要

The MagnaCat~® process has been proven to upgrade the FCC catalyst inventory through the magnetic separation and removal of the oldest, most metals-laden, least active and least selective FCC catalyst particles. Removal of these particles leads to improvements in the areas of increased gasoline selectivity as well as lower coke and gas selectivity. It has also been shown that MagnaCat~® removes the trash in FCC catalyst which leads to better flow of the catalyst in the FCC unit and smoother operation of catalyst slide valves.
