FLEX-TD Paging Receiver with a New Demodulator For Direct Conversion Configuration

This study describes problems encountered when the direct conversion demodulator is used for the FLEX-TD paging system having a fast multivalued FSK format. In addition, we explain the inherent problems of radio wave propagation in the apging system and show the quantitative simulation results concerning the propagation technology applied to the FLEX-TD. We propose a new direct conversion demodulation scheme which can demodulate the FLEX-TD signal and present the block diagram and performance prolfile through simulation.
