New requirements are posed with the development of communication market. The frequency-translating devices such as mixer, tuner, converter and so on, as the core of all of today's wireless and cable-based RF communication system, their measuring technologies are very complicate and the measuring accuracys are affected by many factors. Some new concerning measuring technology are to be discussed in this paper.
