A temporal extension to the MMS protocol with KerNext tool

In this paper we present in this paper an extension for the Manufacturing Message Specification (MMS) protocol. This extension allows to introduce temporal parameters on service requests. The extended protocol must handle temporal events and transmits them to the client user. The presented model is designed with the new tool KerNext, in which protocol behaviours can be easily described.
