The Electric Bike 2000 Project is part of an initiative to promote the use of electric bicycles (e-bikes) andrnto document their performance to assist the federal and Quebec governments as they prepare to regulaternthe use of this new mode of transportation. The CEVEQ organized this evaluation under real-lifernconditions.
