摘要

The condition of circulating cooling-water treatment, the configuration and the measuredresults of the on-line corrosion monitoring system are introduced in this paper. The synthesized analysisof the measured results shows that the make up water to the cooling tower has strong corrosiveness afterit is treated by weak acid ion-exchange resin, that the average corrosion rates of the electrodes of theprobe are relatively high and that the quality of the circulating water and the change of the operatingcondition can easily result in the average corrosion rate to surpass the set threshold. To ensure the safetyrunning of the copper tube of the condenser, the role of the on-line corrosion monitoring is of greatsignificance.
