Identification of the required competencies for a young specialist (Based on mechatronic specialists)

The criterion for quality training of young professionals is a level of development expertise. Assessment of competence specialists is carried according to the criteria presented in the federal state standards of the new generation, which were evaluated by experts in the study area of training. Correctly identified competencies can create educational-methodical complexes universities and, based on the customer to prepare the necessary specialists.
