To understand the structure of neutron-rich nuclei and to validate the existingtheoretical model for the exotic mass region,we study the deformed effect ofstrongly-deformed,neutron-rich even-even Zr isotopes with neutron number62 - 66 by implementing the (triaxial)projected shell model.The variation inmoments of inertia at low-spin region is analyzed.
