SEMI-BATCH PRECIPITATION OF SODIUM PERBORATE:INDUSTRIAL AND LABORATORY APPLICATION

For the optimization of an industrial crystallization process the effect of a number ofrnprocess parameters need to be known. In the present work the influence ofrntemperature and flow rate of reactants on the product properties was studied in arnsemi-batch sodium perborate precipitation. The CSD, bulk density and attritionrnproperties of the crystalline product obtained from an industrial and pilot crystallizerrnwere followed.
