摘要

In this study, the influence of the step surface to the wave-overtoppingrnrate was conducted. The wave-overtopping rate that runs over the crestrnof the smooth surface dike and the step surface dike was measured forrncomparison. Meanwhile, the theoretical computation of the wave-rnovertopping rate was complete too. The result of analysis in smoothrndike surface condition shows when the dike slope becomes milder thenrnthe correlation between the theoretical wave overtopping rate and thernrelative crest height was coincide to the results that obtained by thernexperiment. Besides, in step dike condition, the decrease down of thernwave-overtopping rate becomes obvious when the relative crest heightrnincreased.
