On Measurements of the Basic Parameters of High-Current Relativistic Electron Beams

The possibilities of performing measurements such as electron energy on the basis of cyclotron absorption of electromagnetic fields by electrons, and current using a Rogowski coil accounting for dispersion, are considered for short pulse relativistic electron beams.
