NMR Spectroscopy of Bone and Bone Substitutes

摘要

High resolution solid state NMR spectroscopy appears as a powerful method for a better understanding of bone structure and bone implant. In particular it is efficient to estimate osteoformation via bioceramics bone colonization. In this work ~(31)P, ~1H NMR are used to the analysis of different type of bioceramics, to follow the trnsformation of calcium phosphate ceramics versus implantation time, to examine the influence of a protein.
