Metallized and monodisperse polymer particles are increasingly used in developing new electricalpackaging technology,such as anisotropic conductive adhesives (ACA) and ball grid array(BGA) in flat panel displays (FPDs).However,due to the inherent complexity of spherical geometryand large deformation,mechanical characterization of core/shell structured composite particlespossesses great challenges.
