摘要

In order to enhance the deposit of hydroxyapatite crystals from simulated physiological solution we have performed the synthesis of some bio(polymers and copolymers) using the following monomers: methacryloyl oxyethylene phosphate, vinyl phosphonic acid, 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, 2-(diethylamino) ethyl methacrylate. Different methods for polymer synthesis were used: solution, mass and suspension. The influence of the polymers structure and of the initiating systems on their in vivo and in vitro behaviour was disscused.
