Synthesis Of Some Bio(Polymers And Copolymers) Capable Of Inducing Deposition Of Hydroxyapatite Crystals In Simulated Body Fluid On Their Surface

In order to enhance the deposit of hydroxyapatite crystals from simulated physiological solution we have performed the synthesis of some bio(polymers and copolymers) using the following monomers: methacryloyl oxyethylene phosphate, vinyl phosphonic acid, 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, 2-(diethylamino) ethyl methacrylate. Different methods for polymer synthesis were used: solution, mass and suspension. The influence of the polymers structure and of the initiating systems on their in vivo and in vitro behaviour was disscused.
