Separation and determination of liposoluble vitamins (A, D and E) from natural matrices can be performed only by a liquid chromatographic technique. In this paper we discussed the important aspects concerning the reversed-phase HPLC separation and determination from the sample pattern using a C8 stationary phase. A prior separation of the natural sample by means of a liquid-liquid extraction procedure was used. Diode-array detector (DAD) spectral monitoring is used to characterize the selectivity of the chromatographie separations and to identify the absorption maxims of the analytes of interest in view of their quantitative determination.
