In the following paper medium range of discharge power for electrochemical capacitors is considered. Asymmetric C/NiOx electrochemical capacitors were developed and tested. Changes in flows of charge and energy at average charge power of 350 W/kg and average discharge power of 500 W/kg during serial continuous charge - discharge cycling were researched. Reduction of cycle efficiency in accordance with charge and energy by the end of day cycling was noted. During modeling of 48 V and 300 V modules on the basis of tested cells data it was indicated, that asymmetric C/NiOx capacitors are not inferior in energy density to carbon - carbon capacitors with non - aqueous electrolytes. Widely applied and inexpensive raw materials with large industrial output were used at producing the above mentioned capacitors.
