摘要

This paper deals with power quality that is aimed on voltage and current harmonics. The analysis describes the household appliances producing the harmonic interference, because they consist of semiconductor components. The next reason is that a large number of household appliances are operated in the same time. This harmonic interference has negative influence on grid. A simulation in program Matlab - Simulink was created based on the real measured data of these household appliances. The simulation serves to verify the principle of superposition of voltages and currents harmonics and their influence on the resulting shape of these parameters.
