摘要

The research of physical-mechanical properties, chemical and phase composition of samples of insulating castable with calcium hexaluminate aggregates of two compositions (containing and non-containing aluminosilicate additive) after thermal treatment in carbonaceous atmosphere under the temperature of 1400 ℃ with 20 and 80 hrs soaking time have been carried out. It has been determined that the chemical and phase composition, apparent density and CCS of the examined samples of both compositions practically don't change, the samples with aggregate containing aluminosilicate additive have insignificant expansion and the samples without the additive - insignificant shrinkage. As the change of linear dimensions of the samples of both compositions does not exceed 2 %, it allows to recommend such castables for use in carbonaceous atmosphere at 1400 ℃.
