Cost Optimization of the BLDC Motor Considering the Raw Material Cost Variation

摘要

This paper presents the material cost optimization of the BLDC motor considering the variation of the raw materials cost. The database of fluctuated raw materials cost is constructed and reflected to the stochastic optimum design process. The characteristics of the BLDC motor in the optimization process are analyzed by 3-dimensional FEM. The optimum design result is compared to the deterministic optimum design result. It has more robustness for the material cost to optimize considering the raw material cost variation than deterministic optimization method.
