摘要

The internal surface processing of hydraulic cylinder requires high accuracy of size, shape, and good deformed surface finish. When the cylinder is made of 0.2% carbon steel, it is rather difficult to meet the design requirements in boring-rolling operations because of its material properties. This paper discussed the boring-grinding-rolling techniques and presented the recommended process parameters through experimental studies on a reequipped lathe.
