Knowledge Management Systems can't show us their real worth. One of the causes is difficulty in knowledge acquisition. And the only one piece of knowledge does not always solve the problem; we need to combine knowledge to solve it. The quality of the knowledge, included in the system might be low. Moreover, with knowledge accumulated by an enterprise, the procedure for solving a problem is more important than the result. It is not enough to store the result on the system; we also need to store the procedure. Another problem is the difficulty in finding a piece of knowledge by a keyword search. This is the reason why keywords can't represent the real situation that we have. We need to search by natural language instead of by keywords.rnIn this paper, we describe a knowledge management system by a work procedure that uses a Simple Work Log. In the first part of this paper, we describe what the Simple Work Log is. And in the next part, we describe how to derive the work procedure from the Simple Work Log and how to generate the process from a question. Finally, we describe our evaluation of the answer generated and the content of the answer.
