Species ofthe genus Fagopyrum are important vrreal that contains abundant nutrition and potential medical value. The ITS regions of two wild F.cymosum accession were amplified by PCR and sequenced. The ITS regions of two accession are 660bp and 646bp in length. The sequence similarity among F.cymosum species varies from 80.2%to 93.1%and the genetic variafion mainly occurred in ITS1.Phylogenetic Tree was constructed by neighbour-joining method.and accession DQ780602 was a separate clade that differs from all other accessions.
