Superior High Quality 55 S-IPS LCD in Outdoor Environment

摘要

Recently, Public Display(PD) as a Digital Signage Should be needed the high brightness to achieve a good outdoor readability. But LCD used in PD usually has a low color gamut to increase brightness. We have developed 55inch S-IPS LCD with a wide viewing high color gamut as well as high brightness by improving light-recycling efficiency of cell and transmittance. The new LCD shows a brightness of 2000 cd/m~2 and color gamut of 72% in wide viewing angle.
