摘要

Carbon Dioxide is a natural refrigerant which is used in refrigeration due to its excellent bothrnthermodynamics and heat transfer properties, in addition it does not produce harmful effects to environment.rnIn this paper a simulation of behavior of Coefficient of Performance versus some variables as gas coolerrnexit temperature, evaporation temperature, compressor isentropic efficiency, effectiveness of internal heatrnexchanger (IHX) and superheating degree in a 3D model of a transcritical installation which operates withrnfour different configurations is shown. In addition this paper presents one application for the secondary fluidrnin the gas cooler for the thermal power generated in this equipment. The analysis of behavior shows the bestrnconfiguration in order to operate the installation at the same conditions and an optimum pressure is obtained.rnThis installation is being built in Guanajuato, Mexico as a prototype in order to realize experimental test ofrnindustrial refrigeration.
