For the first time the post-eruptive arcade formation during Coronal Mass Ejection (CME-event 2000 November 23) has been registered in wide microwave range (1.7 - 30 cm) on the RATAN-600 radio telescope with analysis of circular polarization. The spectral characteristics of the intensive large (60"-80") radio source, associated with the EUV and soft X-ray post-eruptive brightening,, (flat flux spectrum and square wavelength dependence of brightness temperature in the range of 1.7cm-8cm are in complete agreement with the free-free emission of optically thin plasma with the temperature of (3/3.5) MK and electron density of (2/3) 10~9 cm~(-3). The strength of longitudinal component of coronal magnetic field of (100/300) G in the post-eruptive arcade has been estimated on the basis of measured degree of circular polarization (7/12)% at short cm-wavelengths. It is shown that the RATAN-600 observational data and those obtained on NoRH at 1.76 cm are in agreement.
