射频治疗以食管外表现为主的胃食管反流病:505例报告

From April 2006 to July 2008, 505 gastroesophageal retlux disease (CERD)patients with mainly extraesophagealradiofrequency.presentationssuch as "asthma", wheezing or chronic coughor hoarseness,Were treated by endoscopic radiofrequency. No major complications or deaths occurred. Minor complications included temporaryedural retrosiernal uneaseor pain 106 (21%).mild fever 86 (17%),transient nausea/vomiting 97 (19.2%),and transient dysphagia 42(9.3%).
