    • 摘要: 将实验室合成的腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚(CPE)与其他市售表面活性剂复配使用制备环保高效脱墨剂,用于混合办公废纸浮选脱墨.研究其脱墨效果及最优工艺.实验结果表明:CPE对混合办公废纸有较好的脱墨效果,且具有良好的配伍性,与多种表面活性剂复配可以达到更好的效果.CPE与其他表面活性剂三组分复配使用时脱墨效果优于双组分使用,更优于CPE单独使用.当CPE/AEO-9/AES质量比为1:1:1时复配使用效果最好,脱墨浆白度达到90.45%ISO,油墨去除率达到91.96%,纸浆得率75.7%.最优脱墨工艺条件为:脱墨剂用量0.3%,碎浆时间30min,碎浆温度55°C,浮选时间20min,浮选温度50°C.%Combination of CPE with other commercially available surfactant was used for flotation deinking of MOW. The deinking effect and the optimum process were studied. The experimental results showed that CPE has a good deinking effect for mixed office paper, having a good compatibility with other surfactant. A better effect can be reached when mixed with a variety of surfactant. The deinking effect of CPE with three component blending is better than double component blending, and rather better than CPE alone. The experimental results show that blending of the three surfactant of CPE:AES:AEO-9 with mass ratio of 1:1:1 can provide the best effect, with brightness of the recycled pulp reaching up to 90.45%ISO, ink removal rate 91.96% and pulp yield to 75.7%. The optimum deinking conditions are as follows: dosage of deinking agent is 0.3%, the defiberating time 30min, the defiberating temperature 55 °C, the flotation time 20min, and flotation temperature 50 °C.

    • 摘要: A series of MAD-AOS binary copolymers were synthesized using maleic acid monododecanol ester(MAD) and sodium α-olefin sulfonate (AOS) as raw materials ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator.Its application in waste paper deinking was studied.The structure of product was characterized by FT-IR,the relative molecular mass and its distribution of the product were measured by GPC,and the deinking effects of the product,the mixed deinking agents and the commercial deinking agent were compared.It was found that the best deinking effect of the product could be obtained when the preparation conditions was as follows:n (MAD):n (AOS) =1:1,w (APS) =2.5 %,reaction temperature 85°C and reaction time 6 h.When the deinking agents of m(MAD-AOS):m(FMEE) =1:1 and dosage was 0.3%,the whiteness of the deinked pulp reached 72.2% and the residual ink concentration was only 44 mm2/m2.%采用马来酸十二醇单酯(MAD)和α-烯烃磺酸钠(AOS)为原料,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂进行反应得到一系列MAD-AOS二元共聚物高分子表面活性剂,并对其脱墨性能进行研究,通过红外光谱(IR)对MAD-AOS二元共聚物的结构进行表征.用凝胶渗透色谱分析仪(GPC)测得其相对分子质量及其分布,通过环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)对比其与复配脱墨剂及市售脱墨剂的脱墨效果.结果表明,当n(MAD):n(AOS)=1:1,引发剂用量为2.5%(对单体总质量),聚合温度为85°C,聚合时间6h时,MAD-AOS二元共聚物表面活性剂可达到较好的脱墨效果.将MAD-AOS二元共聚物与脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)按一定比例复配,在m(MAD-AOS)∶m (FMEE)=1∶1,复配脱墨剂用量为0.3%(其他助剂一定)时,脱墨浆白度可达72.2%,残余油墨量为44 mm2/m2.

    • 摘要: A kind of ternary copolymer anionic surfactant NaOL -AA -SMAS was synthesized by aqueous solution free radical polymerization with sodium oleate (NaOL),acrylic acid (AA)and sodium methallyl sulfonate (SMAS)as starting materials. The product was applied as an ingredient of waste paper deinking agent. Optimization of conditions for the preparation of the product was conducted taking the deinking effect as criteria. Further,the product was blended with a nonionic surfactant polyethoxy lauryl ether (AEO9 )and the deinking efficacy of the blend was examined. Structure of the product was characterized by FT - IR;the molecular weight and its distribution of the product were measured by GPC;and the deinking efficacy of deinking agents containing the product or the blend,and purchased from market was tested and compared. Results showed that the synthesis process conditions,which shows the optimal deinking effect are as follows:n(NaOL)∶n(SMAS)∶n(AA)=1∶1∶3;reaction temperature,85 °C;reaction time,5 h;w(APS)=2.5%(the mass of total reactants). When the blended deinking agent is formulated in accordance with m(NaOL-AA-SMAS)∶m(AEO9 )=2∶1,the brightness of the deinked waste paper can reach to 71.9% and the residual ink concentration is 42.3 mm2/m2 .%以油酸钠(NaOL)、丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)为原料进行水溶液自由基聚合,合成了NaOL-AA-SMAS型三元共聚物阴离子表面活性剂,并将其作为脱墨剂的化学成分用于废纸脱墨。以脱墨效果作为评判标准,考察NaOL-AA-SMAS的较佳合成工艺,并研究了其与非离子表面活性剂月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)复配的脱墨效果。对NaOL-AA-SMAS进行结构表征和物理化学性能测试,并将自制及复配脱墨剂与市售脱墨剂的脱墨效果进行对比。结果表明:当n(NaOL)∶n(SMAS)∶n(AA)=1∶1∶3,反应温度为85°C,反应时间为5 h,引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)用量为单体总质量的2.5%时,其脱墨效果较好;将NaOL-AA-SMAS与AEO9复配,当m(NaOL-AA-SMAS)∶m(AEO9)=2∶1时,再生纸张白度可达71.9%,残余油墨量为42.3 mm2/m2。

    • 摘要: Cardanol polyoxyethylene ether( CPE) was prepared from natural cardanol and characterized by FT-IR and 1 H NMR. By combining with other commercially available surfactants ( fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ( AEO-9 ) , fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate ( AES ) , sodium dodecyl sulfate ( K12 ) , Tween-60 and Tween-80 ) , CPE was used as flotation deinking agent of mixed office waste paper. The experimental results showed that CPE was effective and compatible, which could achieve better effect when mixed with a variety of surfactants. The deinking effect of CPE compounded with other two surfactants was better than that of double components and CPE alone. Results showed that the blend of three surfactants, composed of CPE:AES:AEO-9 with mass ratio of 1:1:1, could provide best effect, and the brightness of the recycled paper product reached to 90. 45% ( ISO) , ink removal efficiency was 91. 96% and pulp yield reached to 75. 7% .%以天然产物腰果酚为原料合成表面活性剂腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚(CPE)并进行红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱表征;将CPE与其他市售表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(AES)、十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)、吐温-60(Tween-60)和吐温-80(Tween-80)进行单一及复配使用,用于混合办公废纸浮选脱墨.结果表明:CPE对混合办公废纸有较好的脱墨效果,且具有良好的配伍性,与多种表面活性剂复配可以达到更好的效果.CPE与其他表面活性剂三组分复配使用时脱墨效果优于双组分使用,更优于CPE单独使用.当CPE/AEO-9/AES质量比为1:1:1复配使用时效果最好,脱墨浆白度达到90.45%(ISO),油墨去除率达到91.96%,纸浆得率75.7%.

    • 摘要: 本文研究了不同溶剂、碱、渗透剂等因素对脱墨效率的影响.通过实验研究发现:当苯甲醇为15%,氢氧化钠为12%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐为0.5%,脱墨温度在80~90°C,脱墨效果好,脱墨效率高.

    • 摘要: 采用廉价及可再生的脂松香、椰子油酸、棕榈酸为原料,制备生物基脱墨剂,并应用于废纸脱墨.采用FT-IR对原料进行了表征,以正交试验法优化了生物基脱墨剂的制备工艺,探讨了生物基脱墨剂的最佳用量及脱墨性能,并与传统脱墨剂做脱墨性能对比.FT-IR结果表明,生物质原料中既有饱和的脂肪酸也有不饱和的脂肪酸.生物基脱墨剂优化的制备条件为时间30min、温度90°C、m(脂松香)∶m(椰子油酸)∶m(棕榈酸)为2.5∶3.5∶4.0、NaOH溶液的质量分数40%.生物基脱墨剂是一种高效脱墨剂,最适加入量为0.20%;在加入量为0.20%,浮选温度为40°C,浮选时纸浆质量分数1.0%,浮选pH值为9,浮选时间为20min时,脱墨后废纸浆白度可达58.67%(ISO),残余油墨值达274.42mm2/m2,油墨去除率达57.81%;实际应用结果表明生物基脱墨剂的脱墨性能优于传统的S型和天小脱墨剂.%The biomass based deinking agent was prepared by using cheap and renewable coconut fatty acid,palmitic acid and gum rosin as raw materials.The raw materials were characterized by FT-IR;the technology of preparation was optimized;the optimum addition amount of deinking agent and the deinking properties were discussed.The deinking properties were also compared with the traditional deinking agents.The FT-IR results showed that the raw materials were both saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids,and the optimized preparation conditions of biomass deinking agent were 30min,90°C,m(gum rosin)∶m(coconut fatty acid)∶m(palmitic acid) of 2.5∶3.5∶4.0,NaOH mass fraction of 40%.The obtained biomass based deinking agent was a kind of high efficient deinking agent,and the optimum addition amount was 0.2%.After deinking under the addition amount 0.2%,40°C,the mass fraction of pulp 1.0% and pH value 9 for 20min,the brightness of deinking pulp was 58.67%(ISO),the residual ink concentration was 274.42mm2/m2,and the removal rate of ink was 57.81%.Practical application results showed that the deinking effect of biomass based deinking was superior to that of the traditional type S and tian xiao deinking agents.

    • 摘要: 以α-烯烃磺酸钠(AOS)、丙烯酸(AA)和烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG-700)为原料进行自由基水溶液聚合反应,合成了一系列AAA型聚合物表面活性剂并将其用于废纸脱墨.考察其最佳合成工艺,并研究了该产品与非离子表面活性剂复配的脱墨效果.用红外光谱(FT-IR)对所制备的表面活性剂进行分子结构表征,用凝胶渗透色谱分析仪(GPC)测得其分子质量及其分布,通过扫描电镜(SEM)对比其与复配脱墨剂及市售脱墨剂的脱墨效果.结果表明,当n(AOS)∶n(AA)∶n(APEG-700)=1∶3∶1,引发剂用量为2.5%(对单体总质量),聚合温度为80°C,聚合时间为5h,聚合物pH值为8时,AAA型表面活性剂可达到较好的脱墨效果.将合成产物与月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)按一定比例复配,当m(AAA)∶m(AEO-9) =2∶1,复配脱墨剂用量为0.2%(其他助剂一定)时,脱墨后纸张白度可达72.4%,残余油墨量为51.2 mm2/m2.

    • 摘要: 以月桂酸二乙醇酰胺(LDEA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料制备了一系列LIP型非离子表面活性剂;探讨了最佳合成工艺条件,并对产物进行了结构表征和物理性能检测;研究了合成产物在浮选法废纸脱墨中的应用,并将其与复配脱墨剂以及市售脱墨剂的脱墨效果进行对比.结果表明,使用相对分子质量600的PEG,在反应温度55°C,反应时间2h,催化剂用量为单体LDEA的1.0%,n(LDEA)∶n(IPDI)∶n(PEG)=1.0∶2.0∶2.0时,合成表面活性剂具有较好的浮选脱墨效果;将LIP-600、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)按质量比2∶1∶1复配,复配表面活性剂总质量占绝干纸质量的0.2%时,废纸脱墨效果进一步提高,脱墨后纸浆白度可达72.3%,残余油墨量为51.4 mm2/m2.
