    • 摘要: A series of B-doped V_(2)O_(5)/TiO_(2) catalysts has been prepared the by sol-gel and impregnation methods to investigate the influence of B-doping on the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NOxwith NH_(3).X-ray diffraction,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller specific surface area,scanning electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,temperature-programmed reduction of H_(2) and temperature-programmed desorption of NH_(3)technology were used to study the effect of the B-doping on the structure and NH_(3)-SCR activity of V_(2)O_(5)/TiO_(2) catalysts.The experimental results demonstrated that the introduction of B not only improved the low-temperature SCR activity of the catalysts,but also broadened the activity temperature window.The best SCR activity in the entire test temperature range is obtained for VTiB_(2.0) with 2.0%doping amount of B and the NO_(x) conversion rate is up to 94.3%at 210°C.The crystal phase,specific surface area,valence state reducibility and surface acidity of the active components for the as-prepared catalysts are significantly affected by the B-doping,resulting in an improved NH_(3)-SCR performance.These results suggest that the V_(2)O_(5)/TiO_(2) catalysts with an appropriate B content afford good candidates for SCR in the low temperature window.

    • 摘要: Despite the remarkable technological advancement in the arena of critical care expertise,the mortality of critically ill patients remains high.When the organ functions de-teriorate,goals of care are not fulfilled and life-sustaining treatment becomes a burden on the patient and caregivers,then it is the responsibility of the physician to provide a dignified end to life,control the symptoms of the patient and provide psychological support to the family members.Palliative care is the best way forward for these patients.It is a multidimensional specialty which emphasizes patient and family-based care and aims to improve the quality of life of patients and their caregivers.Although intensive care and palliative care may seem to be at two opposite ends of the spectrum,it is necessary to amalgamate the postulates of palliative care in intensive care units to provide holistic care and best benefit patients admitted to intensive care units.This review aims to highlight the need for an alliance of palliative care with intensive care in the present era,the barriers to it,and models proposed for their integration and various ethical issues.

    • 摘要: In this study,the influence degree and effect of support on innovation incentives for research and development(R&D)personnel in micro and small enterprises(MSEs)were explored based on the CMES data.We found that government support will increase the R&D wage and widen the gap between R&D wage and staff wage,especially for small,non-high-tech enterprises with strict financing constraints.Furthermore,taking the wage gap as a mediator,we concluded that support would widen the wage gap and increase management innovation rather than technological innovation in MSEs because the wage premium of R&D personnel is the main driver for the increase of management innovation.The findings of this study provide useful enlightenment for China to implement an innovation-driven strategy and build an innovative country.

    • 摘要: This paper studies limit behaviors of stationary measures for stochastic ordinary differential equations with nondegenerate noise and presents a criterion to guarantee that a repeller with zero Lebesgue measure is a null set of any limit measure.Using this criterion,we first provide a series of nontrivial concrete examples to show that their repelling limit cycles or quasi-periodic orbits are null sets for all limit measures,which deduces that all their limit measures are concentrated on stable equilibria and stable limit cycles or quasi-periodic orbits,and saddles.Interesting open questions on exact supports of limit measures are proposed.

    • 摘要: The use of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)in the field of lung transplantation has rapidly expanded over the past 30 years.It has become an important tool in an increasing number of specialized centers as a bridge to transplantation and in the intra-operative and/or post-operative setting.ECMO is an extremely versatile tool in the field of lung transplantation as it can be used and adapted in different configurations with several potential cannulation sites according to the specific need of the recipient.For example,patients who need to be bridged to lung transplantation often have hypercapnic respiratory failure that may preferably benefit from veno-venous(VV)ECMO or peripheral veno-arterial(VA)ECMO in the case of hemodynamic instability.Moreover,in an intraoperative setting,VV ECMO can be maintained or switched to a VA ECMO.The routine use of intra-operative ECMO and its eventual prolongation in the postoperative period has been widely investigated in recent years by several important lung transplantation centers in order to assess the graft function and its potential protective role on primary graft dysfunction and on ischemia-reperfusion injury.This review will assess the current evidence on the role of ECMO in the different phases of lung transplantation,while analyzing different studies on pre,intra-and post-operative utilization of this extracorporeal support.

    • 摘要: This paper is aimed to develop an algorithm for extracting association rules,called Context-Based Association Rule Mining algorithm(CARM),which can be regarded as an extension of the Context-Based Positive and Negative Association Rule Mining algorithm(CBPNARM).CBPNARM was developed to extract positive and negative association rules from Spatiotemporal(space-time)data only,while the proposed algorithm can be applied to both spatial and non-spatial data.The proposed algorithm is applied to the energy dataset to classify a country’s energy development by uncovering the enthralling interdependencies between the set of variables to get positive and negative associations.Many association rules related to sustainable energy development are extracted by the proposed algorithm that needs to be pruned by some pruning technique.The context,in this paper serves as a pruning measure to extract pertinent association rules from non-spatial data.Conditional Probability Increment Ratio(CPIR)is also added in the proposed algorithm that was not used in CBPNARM.The inclusion of the context variable and CPIR resulted in fewer rules and improved robustness and ease of use.Also,the extraction of a common negative frequent itemset in CARM is different from that of CBPNARM.The rules created by the proposed algorithm are more meaningful,significant,relevant and insightful.The accuracy of the proposed algorithm is compared with the Apriori,PNARM and CBPNARM algorithms.The results demonstrated enhanced accuracy,relevance and timeliness.

    • 摘要: Rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs)have attracted much attention as the next-generation energy conversion and storage devices due to the abundance and environmental friendliness of zinc(Zn)for anode materials,as well as the safety and low cost of aqueous electrolytes.However,rational design of nonprecious and low-cost integrated air cathode materials with a desirable bifunctional oxygen electrocatalytic performance remains a great challenge for the commercialization of rechargeable ZABs.In previous research studies,various cost-effective carbon-supported electrocatalysts and light-weight carbon-based current collectors for air cathodes have been developed,showing vast potential in the application of carbon-based materials.To improve the bifunctional performance and integration of air cathodes,efforts with respect to the design of morphology,defects,and synergistic effects of carbon-based materials have been made.In this perspective,the general understanding of the air cathode construction and the battery working mechanism is discussed.The recent progress in the design of carbon-based materials for air cathodes in rechargeable ZABs is summarized.Several possible future research directions and the expected development trends are also discussed,aiming to facilitate the commercialization of advanced rechargeable ZABs in our life.

    • 摘要: BACKGROUND National cancer strategy calls for comprehensive assessments for older people but current practice across the United Kingdom is not well described.AIM To identify current assessment methods and access to relevant supporting services for older people with cancer.METHODS A web-based survey(SurveyMonkey)targeting health professionals(oncologists,cancer surgeons,geriatricians,nurses and allied health professionals)was distributed January-April 2016 via United Kingdom nationally recognised professional societies.Responses were analysed in frequencies and percentages.Chi Square was used to compare differences in responses between different groups.RESULTS 640 health care professionals responded.Only 14.1%often/always involved geriatricians and 52.0%often/always involved general practitioners in assessments.When wider assessments were used,they always/often influenced decision-making(40.5%)or at least sometimes(34.1%).But 30.5%-44.3%did not use structured assessment methods.Most clinicians favoured clinical history taking.Few used scoring tools and few wished to use them in the future.Most had urgent access to palliative care but only a minority had urgent access to other key supporting professionals(e.g.geriatricians,social workers,psychiatry).69.6%were interested in developing Geriatric Oncology services with geriatricians.CONCLUSION There is variability in assessment methods for older people with cancer across the United Kingdom and variation in perceived access to supporting services.Clinical history taking was preferred to scoring systems.Fostering closer links with geriatricians appears supported.
