摘要

The influence of vasopressin (AVP) and it's analogs on release of plasminogen activator (t-PA) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) from endothelial cells was studied by perfusion of isolated rat hindquarter. AVP and it's analogs with glycinamid in molecular lead to increase of t-PA and vWF release from endothelial cells. We conclude that endothelium-dependet reaction of haemostasis system may be connect with periferal action of AVP-like peptides on endothelial cells.
