“晓之以理动之以情”的餐饮空间设计

摘要

In light of dining environment importance,the paper analyzes catering space design,explores catering space design concept and meth-ods of enlightening them with reason from three aspects of seat,streamline and physics,and points out that:catering space design needs to create sale atmosphere and customer care,and emotionally moving.%鉴于用餐环境的重要性，对餐饮空间设计进行了分析，从坐席、流线、物理三个角度探讨了餐饮空间晓之以理的设计思路及方法，并指出餐饮空间的设计还需表达出经营者的营销气氛以及对消费者的情感关怀，做到动之以情。
