论主旋律电影生产机制的流变

摘要

The film production mechanism is a film circulation system involving various elements such as film production,release and projection.In line with changes in the production mechanism,theme films can be divided into three phases： the phase of classic theme films,that of commerce theme films,and that of diversified theme films.In the period of classic theme films,film production was funded by the government and was given priority in screening;while due stress was laid on integrating the market share and the ideological expression at the phase of commerce theme films,which was still marked by basing release on production because of the cautiousness of the government;whereas the diversification of theme films is the retrospection and innovation tailored to the times in the context of the market.The change in the production mechanism of theme films is virtually a game between the administrative power and the market orientation,between the closed administrative management and the open business operation as well as among various investors.%电影的生产机制是包括制片、发行到放映等各个元素在内的电影流通体制。根据影片制作内容的流变,主旋律电影分为经典主旋律时期、商业主旋律时期、主旋律的多元化时期三个阶段。经典主旋律时期,采取的是政府投资制作、优先放映的机制;商业主旋律时期注重市场和意识形态表达的结合,但是政府的谨小慎微决定了仍然只是一种以产定销的状态;主旋律的多元化则是在市场杠杆下顺应时代潮流所做的反思和创新。主旋律电影生产机制的流变实际上是行政力量与市场导向之间,封闭式行政管理与开放式企业经营之间,不同投资主体之间的一次博弈。
