步进电机高速起停控制的DSP实现

         

摘要

According to the demand that frequently open and close of shutter, the step motor has to be started and stopped in a relative short time with precise position. A approach for controlling the velocity of the step motor based on DSP was introduced. Three ways of velocity control of step motor were raised. Based on the analysis of moment-frequency curve of the step motor and required speed of shutter, a method of velocity control of step motor based on DSP was raised. Due to the control approach, good results have been obtained during practical application.%鉴于快门打开、关闭过程中频繁起停步进电机,并要求速度快、定位准确,提出了基于DSP的步进电机高速起停控制方法.讨论了步进电机加、减速控制技术,结合步进电机的矩频特性曲线,根据实际快门对步进电机速度响应的要求,提出了一种基于DSP的步进电机高速起停控制的数字化实现方法.实践证明,该方法实施简单,占用资源较少,并且有效克服了步进电机加速过程中容易出现的失步、堵转等问题,满足试验要求.
