    • 摘要: Background Im paired sesitwity of he soin Mlush response bo miacin is one of the most rpicated findngs in patents with schizoprenia Howewer.prior studies have usaly focused on postonset psychusis,and ll is knowm about the dinical high-risk(CHR)phase of niacin senstity in psychosis Aims To proftle and compare the miacin flush responsge among CHR individuals(converters and non-coverters)patients with frstepso schinophrenia(FES)and healty controls(HCs).Methods Sensivily 1o ftour concentralions (0.1-0001M)of aqueous methylnicotinate was tested in 105 CHR individuals,57 patients with FES and 52 HCs.CHR individuals were further grouped as converters and non converters according to the 2-year follow-up outcomes.Skin flush response scores were rated on a 4-point scale.Results Of the 105 CHR individuals,21 individuals were lost during the study,leaving 84 CHR individuals;16(19.0%)converted to full psychosis at 2 years of fllow-up.Flush response scores identifed in the CHR samples were characterised as modest degree levels,intermediate between those of HC individuals and patients with FES.The flush responses in the CHR group mimicked the responses observed in the FES group at higher concentrations(0.01 M,0.1 M)and longer time points(15 min,20min);however,these became comparable vith the responses in the HC group at the shorter time points and at lower concentr ations.The converters exhibited lower mean flush response scores than the non-converters.Conclusions Attenuated niacin-induced flushing emerged during the early phase of psychosis.New devices should be developed and verified for objective quantification of skin responses in the CHR population.

    • 摘要: [Objectives]To accurately determine the naringin content in Rhizoma Drynariae.[Methods]The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was applied in the determination of the naringin content in Rhizoma Drynariae.The sample was sonicated at room temperature.The mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(75∶25),detected by diode array detector at the wavelength of 284 nm,and quantified by external standard method.[Results]The linearity of naringin was good in the concentration range of 5-500μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999.[Conclusions]This method has good linearity,easy operation,correctness and reproducibility as required,and is expected to provide a method for the determination of naringin content in Rhizoma Drynariae.

    • 摘要: We report a comprehensive high-pressure study,up to 21.1 GPa,on the antiferromagnetic topological insulator EuSn2As2 achieved through synchrotron X-ray diffraction,Raman scattering,electrical resistance,magnetic resistance,and Hall transport measurements in combination with first-principles calculations.The Néel temperatures determined from resistance are increased from(24±1)to(77±8)K under pressure,which is a result of enhanced magnetic exchange couplings between Eu2+ions yielded by our first-principles calculations.The negative magnetoresistance of EuSn2As2 persists to higher temperatures accordingly.However,the enhancement of the observed Néel temperatures deviates from the calculations above 10.0 GPa.In addition,the magnitude of the magnetoresistance,Hall coefficients,and charge carrier densities show abrupt changes between 6.9 and 10.0 GPa.The abrupt changes likely originate from a pressure-induced valence change of Eu ions from a divalent state to a divalent and trivalent mixed state or are related to the structural transition revealed by Raman scattering measurements.Our results provide insight into magnetism variation in EuSn2As2 and similar antiferromagnetic topological insulators under pressure.

    • 摘要: The usage of full-color imaging in digital pathology produces significant results.Compared with a grayscale image or a pseudocolor image containing contrast information,a full-color image can identify and detect the target object better with color texture information.Fourier ptychographic microscopy(FPM)is a high-throughput computational imaging technique that breaks the tradeoff between high resolution(HR)and a large field of view.It also eliminates the artifacts of scanning and stitching in digital pathology and improves its imaging efficiency.However,the conventional full-color digital pathology based on FPM is still time-consuming because of the repeated experiments with tri-wavelengths.A color transfer FPM approach termed“CFPM”was reported.The color texture information of a low-resolution full-color pathologic image is directly transferred to the HR grayscale FPM image captured by only a single wavelength.Both of the color space of FPM based on the standard CIE-XYZ color model and the display based on the standard RGB color space were established.Different FPM colorization schemes were analyzed and compared with 30 biological samples.Three types of evaluation approaches were provided,including the root-mean-square error(RMSE),the difference maps,and the image histogram cosine similarity.The average RMSE values of the conventional method and CFPM compared with the ground truth were 5.3%and 5.7%,respectively.Therefore,the reconstruction time is significantly reduced by 2/3 with the sacrifice of precision of only 0.4%.The CFPM method is also compatible with advanced fast FPM approaches to further reduce computation time.

    • 摘要: High-quality development of the Yellow River Basin is a development strategy that China has been vigorously promoting in recent years,and it is also an important point to realize the goal of balanced regional development and the Chinese dream in the long term.In the context of the implementation of the strategy,Zhengzhou,as a major city in the central region where the Yellow River flows through,has a strong driving effect on the surrounding counties and cities.At the same time,Zhengzhou’s rural modernization process is gradually accelerated,and the poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results.Therefore,this paper introduces the development background of the Yellow River Basin region,explores the significance of this strategy for the basin region,and takes the rural construction of Zhengzhou as an example to look into the future development path.

    • 摘要: Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell(PEFC)is required to be operated at temperature at 100°C for fuel cell vehicle applications during the period from 2020 to 2025 in Japan.It is expected that micro porous layer(MPL)and thinner polymer electrolyte membrane(PEM)would enhance the power generation performance of PEFC at this temperature.The key objective of this study is to analyse the impact of MPL and thickness of PEM on the temperature distributions of interface between the PEM and catalyst layer at the cathode(i.e.,the reaction surface)in a single PEFC.A 1D multi-plate heat transfer model,considering vapor transfer,which is based on temperature data of separator measured using thermograph in power generation process.It is developed to evaluate temperature at the reaction surface.This study is investigated the effect of flow rate and relative humidity of supply gases on temperature distribution on reaction surface.The study reveals that the impact of flow rate of supply gas on temperature distribution on reaction surface is smaller with and without MPL.It is observed that the even temperature distribution on reaction surface as well as higher power generation performance can be obtained with MPL irrespective of thickness of PEM and relative humidity conditions.

    • 摘要: 2D material of graphene has inspired huge interest in fabricating of solid state gas sensors.In this work,epitaxial graphene,quasi-free-standing graphene,and CVD epitaxial graphene samples on SiC substrates are used to fabricate gas sensors.Defects are introduced into graphene using SF6 plasma treatment to improve the performance of the gas sensors.The epitaxial graphene shows high sensitivity to NO2 with response of 105.1%to 4 ppm NO2 and detection limit of 1 ppb.The higher sensitivity of epitaxial graphene compared to quasi-free-standing graphene,and CVD epitaxial graphene was found to be related to the different doping types of the samples.

    • 摘要: BACKGROUND Obesity is a disease state with serious adverse metabolic complications,including glucose intolerance and type 2 diabetes that currently has no cure.Identifying and understanding roles of various modulators of body composition and glucose homeostasis is required for developing effective cures.Syndecan-1(Sdc1) is a member of the heparan sulfate proteoglycan family that has mainly been investigated for its role in regulating proliferation and survival of epithelia and tumor cells,but little is known about its roles in regulating obesity and glucose homeostasis.AIM To examine the role of Sdc1 in regulating body fat and glucose metabolism.METHODS We used female wild type and Sdc1 knockout(Sdc1 KO) mice on BALB/c background and multiple methods.Metabolic measurements(rates of oxygen consumption,carbon dioxide production,respiratory exchange ratio and energy expenditure) were performed using an open-flow indirect calorimeter with additional features to measure food intake and physical activity.Glucose intolerance and insulin resistance were measured by established tolerance test methods.RESULTS Although our primary goal was to investigate the effects of Sdc1 deficiency on body fat and glucose homeostasis,we uncovered that Sdc1 regulates multiple metabolic parameters.Sdc1 KO mice have reduced body weight due to significant decreases in fat and lean masses under both chow and high fat diet conditions.The reduced body weight was not due to changes in food intakes,but Sdc1 KO mice exhibited altered feeding behavior as they ate more during the dark phase and less during the light phase than wild type mice.In addition,Sdc1 KO mice suffered from high rate of energy expenditure,glucose intolerance and insulin resistance.CONCLUSION These results reveal critical multisystem and opposing roles for Sdc1 in regulating normal energy balance and glucose homeostasis.The results will have important implications for targeting Sdc1 to modulate metabolic parameters.Finally,we offer a novel hypothesis that could reconcile the opposing roles associated with Sdc1 deficiency.
