    • 摘要: 为了提高声光可调谐滤波器(AOTF)与CMOS相机结合的新型成像光谱仪的图像采集与显示速率,提出了一种基于AOTF光谱成像的数据快捷处理技术.利用VC++编写的上位机通过USB的控制传输对光学探测接收元件MT9M001C12STM的积分时间、增益进行灵活的配置,并且实时的显示帧率,这样可以保证数据的传输速度和正确性.结果表明,该设计方法不仅可以快速准确的获取目标物进行实时的显示,而且成像质量良好.%In order to improve the speed of image acquisition and display of the new imaging spectrometer,which is based on the combination of acousto-optic tunable filter(AOTF)and CMOS camera,a fast data processing technique based on AOTF spectral imaging is proposed.By using PC based on USB and VC++,the integration time of the detec-tor MT9M001C12STM can be controlled to configure the gain flexible and display the rate of frame in real-time,which can guarantee the data transmission speed and accuracy.The results show that this design method can not only obtain the real-time display of the target quickly and accurately,but also has good image quality.

    • 摘要: 在小型化高能电子探测器原理样机研制中,为满足探测器大量数据传输的需求,设计基于FPGA与USB2.0协议的数据传输系统.传输系统采用Xilinx公司的sparten-6系列作为主控芯片,以EZ-FX2LP系列CY7C68013A作为接口芯片,VC++开发上位机程序.文章阐述了高能电子探测器设计与传输系统的设计.测试结果表明,该传输系统数据双向传输准确,达到探测器数据传输需求.%In order to meet the needs of large number of data transmission in the development of miniaturized high energy electron detectors, a data transmission system based on FPGA and USB 2.0 protocol is designed. The transmission system takes the sparten-6 series of Xilinx Company as the main control chip,uses EZ-FX2LP series CY7C68013A as the interface chip,and uses VC++ program to develop the host computer program. This paper describes the design of high energy electron detector and the transmission system. The test results show that the data transmission is accurate and achieved the demand of the detector.

    • 摘要: 针对野外环境进行的冲击波测试读数和擦除操作繁琐的情况,为了提高冲击波超压测试的效率,提出自带电源、带有擦除功能的U盘读数盒的设计。该读数盒通过USB控制芯片CY7C68013的GPIF接口与测试装置通信并向测试装置发送时钟信号和控制信号,将Flash中的数据暂时读入到其内部FIFO中。然后通过68013内部增强型8051单片机控制U盘文件管理芯片CH376S将数据存入到U盘中,实现对测试装置的U盘读数。通过现场实验证实,该读数盒可以简化野外冲击波测试繁琐的操作,提高冲击波测试的效率。%Aim to the field of shock wave measurement readings and erase operation is cumbersome,in order to improve the efficiency of the shock wave overpressure test,proposed a kind of U disk reading box with power and the erasure func⁃tion. The reading box communication with the testing device through the GPIF of the USB control chip CY7C68013, transmits clock signal and controls signal through this interface to read the data in Flash internal FIFO temporarily. Then the enhanced 8051 MCU in 68013 control U disk file management chip CH376S stored the data into the U disk. the realization of U disk complete U disk data reading. Through the field experiment found that the reading box can sim⁃plify the read and erase operation of the in field shock wave testing,improve the efficiency of shock wave testing.

    • 摘要: The design realizes the transformation between RS422 and USB interface,by using FPGA as the control unit. FPGA plays an important role to make the conversion between parallel data and serial data and match the transmission rate between RS422 and USB interface. The transfer device uses USB microcontroller CY7C68013 to converse the data according to the USB protocol,realizing the mutual transmission between FPGA and PC. The prin?ciple of the transfer device is described as below,and the results of the test are attached.%设计的装置实现RS422接口和USB接口的转接,采用FPGA作为连接RS422接口与USB接口的控制单元,对数据进行串并转换和两种接口数据传输速率匹配;转接装置采用USB单片机CY7C68013作为数据按照USB协议转换的单元,实现FPGA通过CY7C68013与PC机的双向通信.下面阐述转接装置的原理,并附有数据测试结果.

    • 摘要: 在激光汇聚铬原子沉积研究中,需要用激光冷却铬原子,以压缩铬原子束的发散角。因此,必须将激光频率锁定在铬原子的7S37P40跃迁谱线上。为了实现对激光稳频状态的监测,设计了一套基于USB2.0接口的数据采集系统。系统选用EZ-USB FX2系列的CY7C68013作为USB控制芯片。利用LabVIEW开发了可视化界面。CY7C68013接受PC发出的指令,控制A/D转换电路采集稳频信号,并将其传输给PC。由PC完成数据的显示和存储。系统还设置了失锁报警功能,实现了对稳频的监测。

    • 摘要: 为了对飞行器存储器进行测试,需存储器测试台与飞行器存储器之间完成数据通信。由于USB总线技术具有成本低、数据传输速度快、抗干扰能力强等的优点,这里选用USB总线来完成测试台与存储器之间的通信,用CY7C68013芯片作为USB通信的控制芯片。选用 Keil μvision2作为 USB 通信软件设计的开发环境。通过上位机软件编程来控制测试台CY7C68013与信号源模块,CY7C68013与固态存储器之间的通信。通过对USB通信硬件电路和软件程序的设计,最终完成测试台的USB通信设计。经测试,达到了设计的目的和要求。%In order to fully test the aircraft memory,it’s needed to complete data communication between memory test bench and aircraft memory. USB bus technology has the advantage of cost,speed of data transmission,anti-inter-ference ability and so on,so it is selected to complete the communication between the memory and the test bench. CY7C68013 chip is selected as the USB communication control chip. Keil μvision2 is selected as USB communication software design development environment. The communication between the test bench CY7C68013 and signal source module, CY7C68013 and solid state memory is controlled by PC software program. The final completion of the USB communication design of the test bench includes the design of USB hardware circuit and software program. It achieves the purpose and requirements of the design on test.

    • 摘要: 为了实现FPGA与USB之间的数据传输,介绍了USB2.0通信接口的硬件设计,USB固件程序的编写以及利用MFC编写上位机程序.通过把FPGA存储的数据用USB接口传输给上位机并保存,采用了USB的同步Slave FIFO的接口模式和Bulk的传输模式来传输数据.实验结果表明基于FPGA开发的USB2.0接口工作正常,满足USB2.0接口规范和设计要求.
