    • 摘要: Carrying out the treatment of aquaculture tail water and realizing the discharge and recycling of the aquaculture tail water are the inevitable trend in the development of the fishery industry at present and in the future.For this reason,this paper reviewed the characteristics of pond aquaculture tail water,the sources of pollutants in intensive aquaculture tail water,the important parameters in the water body that affect the growth of cultured organisms,and the water treatment methods in the process of aquaculture,and prospected from the technical level and industrial policy level,hoping to accumulate data for promoting the green development of aquaculture and cleaner production.

    • 摘要: Background:Testicular torsion(TT)is an acute inflammatory process leading to male infertility.Today,anti-i nflammatory effects of exosomes derived from blood serum are used in various laboratory procedures.In the present study,the anti-i nflammatory effects of blood-serum-derived exosomes in treatment of acute inflammation following TT in mice were evaluated.Materials and Methods:Eighteen male mice were grouped as healthy control,TT,and TT+exosome.TT was induced surgically,and exosomes were extracted from blood serum and administrated by a single intratesticular injection(10 IU).Malondialdehyde(MDA)and Griess assays were used to evaluate the level of oxidative stress.Sperm indices,testosterone(Tes),and apoptotic gene expression(p-53,Bcl2,and Caspase-3)were also assessed.H&E and immunohistochemistry(IHC)stainings were used for histopathological investigations.Data analysis was applied by SPSS(v.19)software.Results:Oxidative stress and apoptotic genes expression were increased significantly(p<0.05)in TT group compared with control.Sperm parameters and Tes were significantly increased,and expression of apoptotic genes was significantly reduced in TT+exosome group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Since the blood-serum-derived exosomes have anti-i nflammatory features,the intratesticular application of blood-serum-derived exosomes can be used clinically in acute phase of orchitis following TT to inhibit testicular inflammation.

    • 摘要: The pairing symmetry of the superconducting order parameter contains key information about the pairing mechanism of the superconductor. For conventional superconductors, whose pairing is usually induced by the electron-phonon interaction, the pairing symmetry is s-wave, and the superconducting gap is fully open everywhere on the Fermi surface. For unconventional superconductors such as the cuprate and heavy fermion superconductors, other pairing symmetries may occur, leading to symmetry-mandated nodes in the superconducting order parameter.

    • 摘要: This article focuses on the mathematical modelling of the extraction process of bioactive compounds from grape marc and berries (Aronia, rosehip, rowan, and hawthorn). The composition of the extraction medium (the concentration of the ethyl alcohol) served as a factor of influence. Furthermore, 8 experimental measured parameters were used as variables. The experimental results were processed using Hermite polynomials. In order to adapt the degree of the polynomial, the following conditions were imposed: high precision of the mathematical model by appealing to models on interval;obtaining a nominal model and two uncertain models (upper and lower);deduction of two predictive models, one superior and one inferior. It was found that the mathematical models based on Hermite polynomials do not provide explicit analytical expressions, although they allow the establishment of parameter values for any concentration of the extraction medium. In some cases, only high-grade polynomial models ensure the modelling error below 2%. Uncertain models (upper and lower 95%) include all experimental data. Predictive mathematical models (upper and lower) were established for a high prediction. The analytical expressions of the mathematical models on intervals are non-gaps, the coefficients having non-zero values. Dependencies between the measured parameters and the composition of the extraction solvent were analyzed, the results being presented through the calculation of a surface, with all the experimental values and their average values. Thus, it was found that polynomial mathematical models provide complete information for modelling the extraction processes of bioactive compounds of plant origin.

    • 摘要: The article examines the application of correlation analysis of experimental data in research into the process of extracting bioactive compounds and antioxidant activity in plant extracts from berries and grape pomace. The correlation analysis of the experimental data allowed the establishment of the second order statistical characteristics (autocorrelation function, intercorrelation function and correlation coefficient). Based on the correlation analysis of the experimental data, it was shown that the influencing factor and the measured parameters have zero correlation coefficients for all types of researched extracts. This indicates that they are not independent. Therefore, related mathematical models can be deduced.

    • 摘要: The problem of environmental pollution and health hazards due to inappropriate solid waste disposal is critical in developing countries like Ethiopia,Nekemte town is one of the town in Ethiopia facing from environmental pollution due to lack of appropriate dumping site which leads pollution of surface and ground water and environment in and around dumping area.The key objective of this study was the selection of appropriate sites for disposal,solid waste using Geographic Information System tools.Selection the most suitable landfill site was determined through the integration of geographic information system tools,multi-criteria decision investigation and remote sensing techniques.To select a suitable landfill site several parameters were considered for example slope,constructed area,road,water bodies,land uses,geology and soil.After analysis of the suitability of a solid waste-dumping site used GIS tools,weighted analyzed methods selected 36 areas for medium solid waste Bins.Suitability map was prepared by overlay analyzed with GIS based Weighted Linear Combination analysis to select the suitable sites and assigned as the value as unsuitable,less suitable,moderately suitable,suitable and highly suitable were determined.Using this method selected,highly suitable areas for land fill and inclination area.

    • 摘要: The present study focused on water quality assessment of 14 hotspot locations in the Gulf of Suez by measuring the physicochemical parameters seasonally during 2016. The results of investigated area revealed that, the annual mean range of water was: temperature (21.91°C - 29.22°C), pH (7.64 - 7.78), salinity (38.71‰ - 42.74‰), dissolved oxygen (6.09 - 8.78 mgO2/l,) oxidizable organic matter (1.4 - 5.4 mg/l), biological oxygen demand (1.14 - 3.94 mgO2/l), total suspended solids (18.56 - 37.69 mg/l), ammonia (13.51 - 494.41 μg/l), nitrite (1.261 - 151.76 μg/l), nitrate (7.11 - 487.85), dissolved inorganic phosphate (2.22 - 53.26) and silicate (19.83 - 347.61 μg/l). The N:P ratio fluctuated between 4.21 and 1214.61 with the main value of 81.16 indicating that the different sites in the northern part of the Gulf of Suez are P-limited. Based on the Principal Component Analysis Data, the stations locating in the Northern and Southern side of the Gulf of Suez are relatively good water quality;meanwhile, water quality of the other stations locating in the northern side of the Gulf of Suez is found slightly polluted to a different degree co-incided with an increase in the human activities in each of these locations.

    • 摘要: A manipulator-type docking hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)simulation system is proposed in this paper,with further development of the space docking technology and corresponding requirements of the engineering project.First,the structure of the manipulator-type HIL simulation system is explained.The mass and the flexibility of the manipulator has an important influence on the stability of the HIL system,which is the premise of accurately simulating actual space docking.Thus,the docking HIL simulation models of rigid,flexible and flexible-light space manipulators are established.The characteristics of the three HIL systems are studied from three important aspects:the system parameter configuration relation,the system stability condition and the dynamics frequency simulation ability.The key conclusions obtained were that the system satisfies stability or reproduction accuracy.Meanwhile,the influence of different manipulators on the system stability is further analyzed.The accuracy of the calculated results is verified experimentally.

    • 摘要: A single scan has been performed in Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) at a heating rate of 15oC/min under non-isothermal conditions to investigate the crystallization kinetics of glassy Se90Sb10-xAgx alloys (where x = 2, 4, 6, 8). For this purpose, Handerson’s theory based on non-isothermal method for thermal analysis of single-scan DSC data has been used. The activation energy of crystallization and order parameter has been determined and composition dependence of these parameters has been discussed.

    • 摘要: A micro-Doppler parameter estimation method based on compressed sensing theory is proposed in this paper.The micro-Doppler parameter estimation algorithm was improved for micro-motion targets with translation in this paper.Relatively ideal micro-Doppler parameter estimation results were obtained.The proposed micro-Doppler parameter estimation was compared with the traditional micro-Doppler parameter estimation algorithm.Requirements for return signal length were analyzed with this new algorithm and its performance was also analyzed in various environments with different SNR.
