摘要

PURPOSE: An internal density distribution measuring method of the carbon/ carbon material and a normal density sample manufacturing method thereof are provided to accurately measure the local density distribution located inside the carbon/ carbon material through a nondestructive method using a computed tomography.;CONSTITUTION: An internal density distribution measuring method of the carbon/ carbon material comprises the following steps. A normal density specimen(22) is able to be equipped with the carbon/ carbon material(21) is prepared. The normal density specimen is installed in the carbon/ carbon material after manufacturing with the same material and carbon/ carbon material. The X-rays is irradiated in the normal density specimen and the carbon/ carbon material installed and the computed tomography image is acquired and revised.
