The plate (1) has layers (2, 3) connected with each other in a material-fit manner, where lifts/recesses (2a, 2b) of one of the layers and lifts/recesses of the other layer engage with each other and contact in planes in a form-fit manner. Contact points (30b, 31b) are arranged such that the contact points rest on both sides of a virtual straight line (5b), which runs in a main direction of one of the lifts/recesses of the latter layer and enters into one of the planes between one of the lifts/recesses of the former layer and the lift/recess of the latter layer.
