SLAB PROCESSING APPARATUS CAPABLE OF CUTTING THE SURFACES ON BOTH SIDES AND THE UPPER AND LOWER SIDE OF A SLAB EVENLY

PURPOSE: A slab processing apparatus is provided to remove the surface defection on both sides of the surface and the upper and lower sides of a slab generated after manufacturing, thereby reducing the generation of defects on the edge part and the surface of the slab.;CONSTITUTION: A slab processing apparatus comprises a conveying plate(100), a push unit(200), a cutting unit(300) and a control unit. The conveying plate guides the heated slab to the front side. The push unit is installed on the rear side of the conveying plate and pushes the slab from the rear side of the slab to move forward. The cutting unit is installed with an adjustable width on the front side of the slab and cuts the slab to have both sides and the upper and lower sides are at right angle. The control unit controls the operation of a cutting unit and a push unit. The push unit includes a push bar(220) which adds a pushing force on the rear side of the slab and a first drive unit which is connected to the rear side of the push bar and moves the push bar back and forth.
