The element i.e. concrete pre-slab (1), has hooking units for hooking insulating elements on the pre-slab, and constituted by rods (11) exceeding vertically from an upper surface of the pre-slab. The rods are constituted by vertical branches of U-shaped iron bars (10), where the branches are positioned parallel to each other. Straight iron bras (12) are fixed on both sides of a base (13) of the U-shaped iron bars.
